Resolves that the shall receive a gross annual salary of $56 000 ($34 600 net) per annum, with a post adjustment rate of $1 380 per annum, payable in accordance with the rules governing salary payments to staff members of the Organization; that in addition he shall receive a representation allowance at the rate of $12 500 net per annum, payable half in United States dollars and half in Italian fire; and that he shall be entitled to all allowances and benefits accruing to staff members under the Staff Regulations; and

Further that the terms ant conditions of service of the shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Staff Regulations subject, however, to the provisions of the contract to be signed by the on behalf of the Organization and by the Director-General elect, in accordance with Rule XXXIII-1(c).
