Resolution No. 21/61 whereby it adopted a similar amendment to Article III, paragraph 2 of the Constitution, regarding the composition of Delegations to the
Conference

Considering
that the proposed amendment would bring the provisions of Article V-1 in line with Article m-2 of the Constitution
Adopts
