The Conference

Concurring

in the recommendation of the

Council

in the Report of its Seventh Session that the principle of biennial sessions of the

Conference

be adopted; and

Noting

that an amendment of the Constitution is required to this end;

Amends

Article III, paragraph 6 of the Constitution to read as follows:

The Conference shall meet at least once in every two years. The Conference may, at any session, by a simple majority of the votes cast, decide to meet in the following year.
