that, at its Hundred and Thirty-second Session, held from 18 to 22 June 2007, the , on the recommendation of the , at its Eighty-first session, held on 4 and 5 April 2007, proposed that Rule XLVII of the General Rules of the Organization be amended to the effect that Russian should be a language of the Organization;
