THE CONFERENCE

Having examined

the proposal of the Thirty-Ninth Session of the

Council

Adopts

the following amendment to Article X.1 of the Constitution (words underlined to be added):"

There shall be such regional offices

and subregional offices

as the Director-General with the approval of the Conference may decide.
